درخواست میں کہا گیا کہ ریاض اسلام آباد سے حج کے لیے سعودی عرب جانے کے لیے تبدیل ہو گیا جب کہ "متعدد حکومت کے سول ملبوس افسران یہاں پہنچے اور انہیں بغیر کسی اطلاع کے گرفتار کر لیا" اور "نامعلوم علاقے میں لے گئے۔"
